Carl Weanus from Coffs Harbour appears on Episode 99.5. having been banned from 16 lawn bowls clubs in the area. Although the most obvious reason he has been banned is because he frequently exposes his penis (his catch phrase being 'Show us your penis, Weanus!') he suspects it is because he is not political enough.
Carl also has toes missing and a pus problem with his feet, legs and gentials.
