Craig Barry is the host of the ABC political show ‘The Guess Gallery’.  He says he’s ‘always in LA’ making connections.  Craig describes his humour as ‘important’ and as ‘elevated humour’, and that it ‘shines a light’.  Craig has a goatee (see Episode 24) and is apparently very greasy and has a sweat problem (as well as halitosis) (see Episode 12).

We first meet him in Episode 12 where he performs his song about the revolving door of Prime Ministers.

We next are joined by Craig in the lead up to the 2019 Election (see Episode 24) to spruik his podcast ‘The Democracy Sausage’ (Craig seems unbothered by the fact that this name for a podcast has been used before).  He ends his appearance with a version of Michael Jackson’s ‘Black or White’ (changing the words to ‘Left or Right’).

Craig's next appearance is Episode 37 after his (self funded) trip to London to talk about new projects. Craig notes that if Prime Minister Boris Johnson was in America one could 'takes some letters out of his name and add a few more' and be left with Donald Trump. He then presents his ‘clever, satirical song about Brexit’ called ‘Brexit at Tiffany’s’ (set to the tune of the Deep Blue Something hit 'Breakfast at Tiffany's').

Craig also appears in the one take special episode, Episode 48. He tells us he has been pitching his ideas in Los Angeles, specifically a Clarke and Dawe-inspired show (although Craig calls the duo Clarke and Dawes) where he interviews himself. When it becomes clear that Craig has plagiarised large sections of famous Clarke and Dawe sketches, a defeated Craig pre-empts criticism and asks Ben to spit in his mouth in apparent punishment.

Craig Barry next appears on Episode 99.92 discussing Dr. Seuss books that have been ‘recalled’ by their publisher, reading a Dr. Seuss-esque poem as a ‘jab’ at the issue.  The poem, called ‘Sam I Am, Sam I Am’ featured several censored racial epithets much to the dismay of Ben and Eddo. Craig then becomes larger in an apparent attempt at a ‘pop’ before nothing happens and Ben promises to have him wheeled out and deflated.
