Craig Henderson is a single father. He speaks at the Inspiration Day School Assembly from Episode 99.6 giving a recipe for roast cauliflower. Apparently when he makes sausages and roast cauliflower his kids are more taken by the vegetables than the meat.
Craig calls up again in Episode 99.7 giving much the same tip.
In Episode 100 a Craig Dervis appears promoting roast cauliflower which we can presume is a alternate name for Craig Henderson.
In Episode 105 a Russian gentleman, Yuri Grachevsky, calls into the Grub to promote roasted cauliflower as well. Craig's relationship to Yuri remains unknown.
