Dr. Stevens is an expert on tits and and has been interested in tits from a young age despite having had a physical reaction to them when younger. As a guest on Channel 9's 'Bitch Tits!' he is shown tits sent in by Winnie Babealicious from Chundler’s Down and he hates them ‘from the bottom of his heart’. He states this is because he can see them, giving him flashbacks to physical reactions he had as child. He apparently also hates them because they are ‘the same’ meaning he can’t pretend they are not tits.
Dr. Stevens is also disgusted by tits on dogs. In 2015 Stevens released his bra for dogs ‘Put Those Puppy’s Puppies Away’ wanting to put a bra on every puppy by 2025.
Tom Cashman has confirmed via Twitter that Dr. Stevens is related to Carol Stevens (aka Aunty Carol), explaining Dr. Stevens bad experiences with tits at a young age, however it is not known whether Tom was saying this in jest.
