Hogan's Heroes is a real life American television sitcom set in a German prisoner of war (POW) camp during World War II. It ran for 168 episodes (six seasons) from 1965 to 1971, the longest broadcast run for an American television series inspired by that war. It starred Bob Crane and, in the Grubiverse, was notable for the fact that Funny Lady was one of the writers.
