Jenkins (aka Detective Bubby) is the titular character from ‘Detective Bubby’ a fictional television program and is played by (the fictional) Jack Trevor. The program is centered around the underworld dealings of the adult baby subculture. In Episode 25 of the Grub we hear how Jenkins is enlisted by Detective Sergeant Munt to investigate Papa Daddy.
