'MasterChef Australia' is a competitive cooking reality show based on the original British 'MasterChef'.
A fake MasterChef advert was aired on Episode 25 of the Grub. It advertised 'Piss Week', a themed week which occurred after Sweets Week and Heston Week. Notably one of the contestants found pig piss in the pantry after he had already cooked with boy’s piss.
When the three original hosts; Matt Preston, Gary Mehigan and George Calombaris did not have their contracts renewed, the Grub had a special MasterChef memorial episode (see Episode 34). In the episode Aunty Carol auditions for MasterChef and we hear from George's new show 'Crookombaris'.
Masterchef was also discussed in Episode 103 during a chat break when the Grub imitated a commercial radio breakfast show.
