Mr. Johnson is the protagonist from the 'Indecent Proposal Sketch' (see Episode 13). Mr. Johnson has a penchant for 'sucking up' burps so offered a young couple one million dollars each for the husband to burp in his mouth. This ended up being not as difficult a decision as Mr. Johnson imagined, seeing as the couple was only too happy to accept the money.
