Waterbirth Kombucha is advertised in the one take episode (Episode 48) as being made from tepid bathwater filled with afterbirth and 'filth' from a water birth. Greg appears to want to improvise around this simple advert from Ben and turn it into a longer sketch and thus the advert comes to an awkward end, the only solution for which is a blast off.
